4000 NM Patagonia (Punta Arenas) – Puerto Mont – Costa Rica Spectacular passage on an incredible 130 feet sailng ketch Jagare. This boat is an 80-ties alumnium world cruiser. I was hired as a delivery crew for this passage. We spent a month for this trip. Sailing from the very bottom to the very top on South America along the Pacific coast. The only stop was in chilean Puerto Mont, later just pure sailing even with the huge spinnaker.

800 NM Barbate – Al Yadida (Marocco), La Graciosa (Canaries) – Tenerife Sailing down with friends on this spcial racing prototype boat. Satisfaction, before caleed Sanction and Racy Lady, was constructed with an idea of taking part in Whitbread Around The World regatta. The boat wasn’t finished on time and never took part in the race. She raced a little here and there but never made it to become famous.  It’s a sweet boat to sail. Very responsive and dynamic. It’s not a modern open-stern downwind surfer but behaved very well.

2300 NM Gran Canaria – Madeira – Cádiz – Mallorca – Sardinia – Sicily – Lepares – Croatia Fantastic delivery trip with guests crewing on several stages. The trip was large, and even if with guests it was pre-planned to be fast. It took exactly one month to cover the 2870 nautical miles that lie between the following locations: 2300 NM Gran Canaria – Madeira – Cádiz – Mallorca – Sardinia – Sicily – Lepares – Croatia          

I was very happy to sail on Y7 ‘Volante’ beautiful carbon-fibre luxury yacht. This time I was the captain! I have replaced my colleague for a weekly trip in the French Riviera. It was my second occasion to assist in a long-distance delivery on “Volante” Y7 Y-YACHTS by Michael Schmidt Yachtbau. Lightweight carbon-fiber hull equipped with Code Zero and a huge mainsail, allows to sail already in very light winds. Beneteau Cyclades 43.3 / 2007 / Monohull / 13.25 m / 200 nm Wonderful week of relaxed sailing with a couple in their 60ties, cruising between South of Tenerife and La Gomera. A windy week. In certain zones quite strong winds even up to 35 kn provided little controlled thrill and added greatly to the variety of experiences of the charter clients. Thank you for the very nice week :)

Right after a lovely week of family charter I hopped on board of wooden classic Kahurangi to support it during the regatta Regata Illes Balears Classics 2016. This beautiful boat was built in 1952 in New Zealand.
